Why is it important to live in a moment?

In the process of deepening my awareness, I faced many unknown to me earlier moments. These include, for example, the importance of breathing, considering myself as one with the universe, and understanding that life is here and now, not yesterday or tomorrow. It seemed to me that I live life by understanding it, but it turned out that most of the time I spent thinking about what was once and what should happen in the future. It didn’t give me a feeling of happiness, it didn’t allow me to enjoy every event completely.

Fortunately, my teachers were those people who knew for sure that the only way to correct the feeling of dissatisfaction was to travel to myself and feel in the moment. They told me why it is important to get to know the world that surrounds you now, rather than looking into the non-existent illusion of the future or the ghostly haze of the past.
They told me about some practices that bring you back to reality and help you adjust to the vibrations of the universe.

The first thing to do is to learn to realize yourself not as a body, but as a soul living in a body. We will learn to understand that by creating and creating our spiritual personality, we master our body, which responds to the state of the inner world. If harmony reigns inside a person, the body looks and feels harmonious. To achieve this state, it is necessary to go beyond your physical body and feel it from the outside. This is a very interesting experience, when through the “touch” to the physical self, we better understand ourselves inside. We learn to reconcile these two entities and accept one into another.

The second step should be a state of inner abundance and willingness to give and share with the Universe. You can enjoy life here and now only when you yourself radiate a feeling of satisfaction and pleasure. This may sound strange and almost impossible, but it is. Until there is a clear statement in your mind that you already have enough of everything that you would like to get from the universe, it will be impossible to get it. You have to feel the possibility to give to the Universe what you would like to get from the Universe. It is very nice to know that you create within yourself a source of everything you need.

The third step you should take is not to be offended. None of those who allow yourself in any way to hurt your feelings is worth to spend on it the feeling of inner harmony and peace. Just hear his words and let your “I” accept them as easily and easily as the words of praise, gratitude and reconciliation. Do not try to hurt the person in return, so as not to become as vulnerable and exposed to the negative influence of the surrounding environment on yourself.

The next thing that will help you live in the moment is the satisfaction of what you are. Love the state of your own being, regardless of the factors around you. Just realize that “to be” is already the joy and happiness that the universe has given you. Feel calm and peaceful from a simple “I am” and then it will be much more pleasant for you to receive all other gifts from the universe.

You may also benefit from meditation focusing on subjects. When you try to touch a subject as it is, without pondering over its history, without trying to evaluate it. You just accept it as the universe has already created it. Then the ability to feel the tranquility of this moment comes to you, to be filled with tranquility.

And finally, I can’t say nothing about breathing. I have already mentioned its importance in previous articles, but I must remind you that it also helps in the process of feeling yourself in the moment. The concentration on breathing and its awareness are effective tools to calm the mind. A calm and serene mind easily and relaxedly touches reality and enters the state here and now.
It seems to me that all these methods can be applied in different living conditions, as I do. But if some of them are difficult to cope with, you can choose the ones that suit you.

I am sure that once you feel happiness in a moment, you will understand that this is the most complete and deepest happiness, which generates a feeling of love, joy and inner saturation.
